Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Deposits

To secure your appointment at Ish Threading Bar And Spa, a **non-refundable deposit of $25.00 USD** is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least **24 hours in advance**. Your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment time if rescheduled within this window.

3. No-Show Policy

Failure to show up for your appointment or canceling with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

4. Late Arrivals

We value your time and the time of our other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and your deposit may be forfeited.
